who carry out trend analyses, equivalence tests or develop multivariate models by providing a series of linked procedures to:<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0 Import data\/time data easily<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 display time trends with smoothing routines applied (Lowess,Gams)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 statistical analysis by season (Seasonal Kendall test)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 box and whisker plots by season with Kruskal-Wallis test<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 annual and seasonal event analysis<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 adjustment of data for flow variations (Lowess, Log-log, Gams)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Parametric trend analysis with equivalence testing of slope.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Equivalence testing of means<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 determine trends through multivariate models (linear regression, generalised additive (GAM), or Loess)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 piecewise regression to aid interpretation of trend and CUSUM plots.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The steps in a typical analysis are:<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>open file of environmental data<\/li>\n<li>plot variable against time and fit linear and smoothing functions<\/li>\n<li>statistical Kendall analysis of trends with time and season<\/li>\n<li>seasonal boxplots and event analysis<\/li>\n<li>multivariate analysis: regression,\u00a0 GAM or Loess<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Data and results of analyses are shown on a series of pages with tabs.<\/p>\n<p>Most analyses have both graphical and text outputs, with the results displayed on a graph page and text output on the results page.<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-button-center\"><a
